Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.


We will not accept orders to P.O. Box addresses. Also, we will not be held responsible for any shipping issues due to errors in printing or wrong address entered.

Courier Delivery

Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partner, GDEX. This service requires signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery time will be about 2 to 3 working days to Klang Valley area, 3 to 5 working days to other places in Peninsular Malaysia, and 5 to 7 working days to Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery charges will be RM15 flat rate for orders below RM500 and we offer free delivery for orders above RM500.


You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your transaction. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any cost of collection due to overdue payment.

Returns and Exchange

All our products go through stringent QC checks by our staffs before packing and shipping.

In the event an exchange is required, please note that all returns and exchanges must be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Any exchange request exceeding the said grace period will not be entertained.

We will pay for the return shipping fee if the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items

Kindly note that we DO NOT accept returns for the following:

Any product that is sent for return more than 7 days after receipt.
Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
* In the event of any disputes, Pevonia Malaysia’s decision is final and conclusive.


We regret to inform that all products sold are non-refundable. We can only refund if the product (s) ordered is no longer in stock after payment has been made. Please note that all refunds will be refunded back to your credit card account.


Please note that we do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will not be charged.
